I provide services for both men and women’s haircuts and specialize in perms/waves, hair color/balayage as well as adding volume and layers. I am able to speak Fuzhounese, Mandarin, Cantonese. English 🙂 The price of all colors and hair bleaching will be determined by the color you choose and the time and materials we need to use . All hair coloring services do not include hair cutting.
